How to get an instant cast and no delay for High Wizard

hello all, iam newbie here .. i like to know How to get an instant cast and no delay for High Wizard .. also the equipment without +10 headger and the status?

all you need 2 orlean's glove or 2 slotted accesory and 2beelzebub card (MVP)you could also need a kathrine keyron carded headgear and a orleans uniform
sorry i dont know how to get no cast delay
note:you need 99 dex for this work

For no + equips:
Just hit 151 dex to do no cast

For +10 equips:
High Mid and Lower with Kathryn Keyron
and 2 accessories (Not necessarily Orleans Gloves) with Beelzebub Cards in them

Orleans Set.
2 +10 Headgear with 2 kathreyne keyron.
2 Berzebub Equipped Accesory.

Orleans Set.
2 Berzebub.

No Cast + No Delay is kinda easy to do, but difficult to survive with.

Hit your Dex to 150.
then Equip 3 Kiel Cards compounded headgears.

Orleans set isnt required to go no cast. Lol. As long as you hit the 100% reduce cast via 3 kathryn Keyron and 2 Berzebub its all good.

And im not sure whether its 150 or 151.

kathreyne keyron reduction is 10% cast time right? x3 = 30%
berzebub 30% each x2 = 60%
without the orleans bonus it would just be = 90% total. there would still be little cast.

its 150 for 15dex=10% cast reduction 150dex=100% cast reduction.

remove 1 kathyrn Keyron and use DI-DL Combo. Keep the 2 berzebub.

slotted +10 upper hg: Keyron
slotted +10 mid hg: Keyron
slotted +10 lower hg: Keyron
armor: Aebecee's Typhoon Armor w/ Marc Card
weapon: +10LBW w/ any cards u want
shield: ORLEAN'S SERVER(needed for no cast w/o dex) w/ Maya Card
garment: Diablos/Valkyrie's Manteau w/ Salamander Card (40% dmage w/ meteor storm)
shoes: Diablos/Valkyrie's Shoes w/ Fallen Bishop Hibram Card
Accessories: 2 Orlean's Gloves w/ 2 Berzebub Cards

Stats:
Int: 99
Agi: 80 (For Delay)
Rest vit



Always use Awakening Pots. This build will give you around 1.8k MAtk which makes you a CAHW (Certified Average High Wizard)

BTW my build will make you a GLASS CANNON so if you don't like it you're free to change the armor, shield, and garment cards to the cards needed in every situation.

oh! yeah i forgot. then that means a HW's survival depends on how the timing of his SW

and your switching capability.
