The server has been down for almost 3 days now and I'll explain to you guys what's happening right now.
The hoster informed us that the server was "DDosed" even with our firewall turned on. Yesterday they told me that they're gonna put the server up on Evening. Obviously, that didn't happen. Then another word came up from them. So they still keep the server down and is charging us dollars which amounts to almost 12,000.00 pesos. They are telling me that they're gonna have to install an "ANTI-DDOS" software and they won't put the server on unless I pay them that amount. Obviously, this is an unfair dispute and we don't have to pay for the Anti DDOS they are charging us right now. IMO, They are a Hosting Company and it's very clear that their company is exposed to cyber hacks and such. So why charge us of the shortcomings they had? I think this is a sabotage and I'm in DILEMMA right now which decision to choose. Wish me luck guys. I'm trying my best to negotiate with those bastards and hopefully fix this probs as soon as possible. What a best way to spend christmas right now with these problems the server have been fucking encountering for the past few months. Trials never end. As for now, I apologize and hope for your kind understanding and consideration guys. I PROMISE you to give full compensation for the time the server has been down. I'll keep you posted.
