ManiaRO Rules and Regulations

* No botting! If you are caught botting even once, you are automatically banned and all characters associated with your IP will be lost. No excuses are accepted.

* Respect all players. No harassment or discrimination is allowed. Harassment is defined as "irritating or tormenting someone persistently." If someone tells you to leave them alone, just leave them alone. Harassment is punishable by jail and/or suspension time at the GMs discretion. (Exception: PVP is not moderated unless it is serious and spills over into other situations.)

* Do not pretend to be a Game Master. Do not name yourself similar to a GM, past or present.
* No causing riots inside the game, we want a friendly community no people that just want to flame and bother other players. This is punishable by jail and/or suspension time at the GMs discretion.

* No vending around NPCs. When people vend around the NPCs it hides them from view, making it for players (especially beginners) who want to find and use them.

* When vending, do not put false advertisements in the shop title with the intention of deceiving buyers. * Market Place: Our merchant's main vending spot is located in Prontera city around the town's center, please don't vend in Prontera as is usually the place for inside-city events.

* Exploiting bugs that result in the gain of large quantities of zeny or items, or disrupting the server will result in a ban. Reporting a bug of this nature will result in a sort of a reward.

* Do not scam people of their items, accounts, zeny or ad credit. This especially applies to merchants.

* Do not spam annoying skills in town that might cause lag or annoyance in the game (Events are an exception). Avoid spamming messages also.

* No Foul Language and humiliating words of expressions that pertains to a member of the community, eg. weak, bobo, fuck you, putang ina, mother fucker etc.

* Modification or editing of your client files is not allowed, hacking or any use of a 3rd party program (this includes macros).

* Do not provoke other players to break the rules. We will most likely punish everyone involved.

Game Master (GM) Relations:

* Respect all GMs.

* GMs will never ask for your items or password outside the support ticket system, in which case a GM may ask you to log off your account, trade you or remove/restore items as necessary.

* GMs will never give away any zeny, items, or tank players. It is probably best not to ask. GMs may, however, give out items as a result of an event. It is probably best not to ask.

* Do not spam messages to GMs.

* Do not ask to be a GM.

Account Related:

* You are responsible for your account's security at all times. Choose a strong, secure password that you will not forget. Keep a record of all your accounts and put it on safe place that only you have the access.

* If you give out your password to anyone, you take FULL responsibility for their actions (including botting/scamming/item loss/character deletion).

* We are not responsible if your items got stolen because someone guessed your password, or because they deceived you.

* Item recovery is at the GMs' discretion. They may or may not charge you an item recovery fee if you have broken any of the item recovery rules.

* Selling of anykind in terms of money are strictly prohibited. Only the Administrator has the legal rights to transact ingame in terms of money. Severe punishement awaits the offenders!
