Intro. and a lot of questions regarding the server (GM response would be lovely)

Soooo... Hello i guess?

I decided that i wanna get back to RO after an almost 3 years long break and as I am absolutely clueless about the 3rd jobs nor do i like their looks i decided i shall find a high-rated 99 lvl server.

I found this one, but i still need some information before i decide to download the HUUUGE ragnarok client (it used to take forever at least ).

What I am wondering is the following:

Is the weapon/eq refiner a 100% chance to refine to +10 ?

Are there any [1] middle and lower headgears available?
I've seen a topic in which elf ears [1] adn osmething else was mentioned , but are there slotted sunglasses and flu mask?

The same topic talked about the baphomet horns ( +% dmg to demi-humans )
Is there a custom quest for those?

Are there any custom quests for headgear?
Especially for Alice Doll [1] , without that stupid doll I don't feel like myself xD

Is the Valkyrie Helmet a donation item only or is there a way to obtain it without donatiing?

Also , what's the average amount of players online?

That is pretty much it i think.
