GM i'm having a problem with the patcher..help please?

when i patched the patcher, it was going smoothly but then suddenly when the status was
Status:repacking files.../ from maniadata.grf
Info:data\xray\visionary_tab_old.txt

it suddenly stopped and a pop out message came and it was telling me that "Failed to move file(maniadata.grf) to original path, temporary name is neoncuby\neoncuby.grf

can you please help me with my problem?i really dont know what to adjust in my ro folder.
