hey people of Mania RO i was just about to start this game but for some reason its not allowing me to create a character and then i noticed it said the server is offline but people are still going online is there something wrong with my client or what?

uh sadly its still doing it so im guessing your still in the mainenance or what because its saying "Character Creation is Denied"
